Annapurna Region Trekking in Nepal |

Annapurna is considered to be the most famous and popular trekking destination in all of Nepal. The area is dominated by the presence of such peaks as the Annapurnas, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and Machhapuchre, These mountains loom in the distance throughout your trek giving you a true Himalayan experience.
Trekking through the lowland villages and mountain communities will expose you to the variety of different cultures of the Gurung, Marangi, and Thakali people.

Langtang t Region Trekking in Nepal |
Straight north from Kathmandu is the Langtang- Helambu region which enjoys snow-covered peaks, a mild climate, and friendly hospitable inhabitants which makes it the ideal trek almost year round. The 1,710 SQ km Langtang National Park hosts a variety of natural splendours, from lush valleys alive with langur monkeys to the towering fir and rhododendron forests bursting with spring colour. The 7,246 meter Langtang Lirung to the north, Gang Chhenpo (6,388 meters) to the south and Dorje Lhakpa (6,975 meters) to the east dominates the beautiful Langtang valley.
Helambu, the mid-elevation region to the Park's south, is a study centre of Tibetan Buddhism. Lama and Tamang people maintain a rich cultural heritage, evident in ornately carved wooden windows, lively dance festivals, and skilled weaving traditions. Trekkers can enjoy these sights on any of the three main trekking routes. Hiking times and overnight stops are planned for a moderate hiking pace, and proper acclimatization to altitude. Treks range in difficulty from moderate to challenging. All trail heads are accessible by bus or private transports from Kathmandu. |

We trek 200 miles , averaging 10 miles a day. We spend 6-8 hours a day trekking . Several layover days are planned . Porters carry a day pack with the things you need for the day.
Participants should be in good shape. We are at high elevation much of the time on this trip. Five passes, over 16,500 feet, are crossed.

Kanchanjunga Region Trekking in Nepal |
This isolated trek takes place in Eastern Nepal which is the home to Mt Kanchenjunga, the third highest peak in Nepal. At 8596 meters this massive peak dominates the southern range of the Himalayas. This section of Nepal has only been open to trekking since 1988, which explains its richness of traditional culture. This is one of the longer treks we offer
and has many possibilities for extra days to explore different areas that are surrounded by the great mountains of eastern Nepal. The Kanchangunga area has a profusion of high summits of which three are above 8,000 meters and 11 above 7,000 meters.
Your trekking route is drained by Tamur River that meets Arun below Mulghat. Numerous glaciers feed the river. The glaciers north of the main peak are clockwise Nupchu, Lhonak, Chichima, Gimsung, Pyramid, Kanchenjunga and Ramtang. West and South of the main peak are Kumbhakarna (Jannu), Yamatari and Yalung glaciers. Kangbachenga (4038) in Ghunsa valley and Walungchung (3,200m) in
Tamur valley are the highest settlements in the area.
The latter was an important trading centre between the towns of Darjeeling and Tipta La in Tibet. The only access to the Kanchenjunga area is a road link to Basantapur and a direct air link to the town of Taplejung bazaar. Length of Trek: Basantapur – Taplejung 26 days / average hiking per day 5-6 hrs Maximum elevation reached 5140 m.
